旋转供料器结构件变形：由于长期使用或操作工操作不当，其压带盖板、顶针、弹簧及其它运动机构产生变形、锈蚀等，从而导致器件吸偏、立片或者吸不到器件，因此应定期检查，发现问题及时处理，以免造成器件的大量浪费，同时安装应正确、牢固地安装在供料部平台上，特别是无旋转供料器高度检测的设备，否则可能会造成旋转供料器或设备损坏。

但由于供料机构高速访问供料器，经长时间的使用之后，供料器的棘爪磨损严重，造成棘爪不能驱动卷带盘塑料带正常剥离，使吸嘴不能完成取件工作。因此在安装编带前应仔细检查，对棘爪轮已磨损的旋转供料器应立即修复，不能修复的应及时更换。
