气力输送系统可以根据客户提供的输送物料的性质(粒径、比重等)输送距离、爬坡高度、场地情况、生产能力、输送方式(间断或者连续)等进行设计,选取合适的设备,其工作原理是利用气流的动能使散粒物料呈悬浮状态、栓状或沙丘状,随着气流沿管道输送,气流输送散料的装置根据给压方式,分为三种:吸送式、压送式和混合式。

一、吸送式

抽风机开启后,整个气力输送系统呈一定的真空度,在压差作用下,空气流使物料进入吸嘴,并沿输料管送至卸料处的分离器内,物料从空气中分离出来之后,再由分离器底卸出,气流经除尘器净化后再经消声器排入大气。吸送式的优点是供料简单,可以同时从多处吸取物料,但是输送距离较正压短,生产率不高。

鼓风机将空气压入输送管内,物料从供料器送入,空气与物料的混合物沿着输料管被压送到卸料处,物料经过分离器后被卸出,空气经除尘器净化后排入大气。压送式的特点与吸送式相反,可以将物料同时输送到多处,输送距离长,生产率高,对沿途设备及管道密封要求高。

三、混合式

顾名思义,混合式是将上述两种形式进行组合。与机械式连续输送装置相比,混合式气力输送物料是在完全封闭的情况下输送,几乎不受气候与环境的影响,能够保证物料不受潮、不污损、不掺杂,能够现场工人的工作条件,改善厂区环境。
