一、在设计真空气力输送系统时,要考虑混合比和风速。当输送物料不同时,混合比、风速等工艺参数也会不同。设计时应合理选择设备。如果输送管的直径太小,很容易堵塞。对于流动性较差的物料,当混合比较大时,一般建议选用较小的直径。对于流动性好的物料,当混合比很低时,应选择较大的管径。
1、 When designing the vacuum pneumatic conveying system, the mixing ratio and wind speed should be considered. When different materials are transported, the mixing ratio, wind speed and other process parameters will be different. Equipment shall be reasonably selected during design. If the diameter of the delivery pipe is too small, it is easy to be blocked. For materials with poor fluidity, when the mixing ratio is large, it is generally recommended to select a smaller diameter. For materials with good fluidity, when the mixing ratio is very low, a larger pipe diameter should be selected.
二、设计合理的真空气力输送系统管路布置

设计合理的管路布置。管道设计应选择输送距离短、集中弯头越来越少、换向弯头转角小、曲率半径大的方案。对于局部电阻大的零件,如弯头和换向器,应尽可能靠近高压端部,即压紧时靠近送风罐,吸气时靠近气源机械端。
Design reasonable pipeline layout. The pipeline design shall select the scheme with short conveying distance, less and less concentrated elbows, small angle of reversing elbow and large radius of curvature. Parts with high local resistance, such as elbows and commutators, should be as close to the high-voltage end as possible, that is, close to the air supply tank when pressing, and close to the mechanical end of the air source when inhaling.
三、真空气力输送系统选用性能良好的气源设备

供气系统应保证有足够的气量和稳定的压力,因此,选择性能良好的气源机械,并配备足够容量的专用储气罐和分离器。如果气源来自总空压站,专用储气罐的进气管也应设置单向阀,防止压缩空气因其他干扰而回流。
The air supply system shall ensure sufficient air volume and stable pressure. Therefore, select the air supply machinery with good performance and be equipped with special air storage tanks and separators with sufficient capacity. If the air source comes from the general air compression station, the air inlet pipe of the special air storage tank shall also be equipped with a check valve to prevent the compressed air from flowing back due to other interference.
四、在以后的操作中,定期对真空气力输送系统进行清洗管道。

物料输送前,应清洗系统,供料机应均匀供料。输送罐的设计应合理。如果出料口过小,锥度不够,壁面不平整,影响均匀出料。如果结构不合理,压力损失会大,容易造成堵塞。输送罐Z好配备流化进气装置。输送一些粘性物料时,每天输送完毕后,应加入钢刷球(直径略小于输送管内径)和一些粗石英砂,通过变送器送至输送管,对管道进行清洗。

五、真空气力输送系统安装增速器

高压输送装置,若输送距离长,在管道容易堵塞或局部阻力较大的地方可安装增速器。压力输送装置也可设置带截止阀的吹口管线。堵塞时,打开阀门,依次吹入压缩空气,逐段吹入堵塞层。对于负压气力输送,在容易堵塞的地方可以打开几个孔径可调的堵头。当输送管道堵塞时,可打开管道,使空气进入管道内吹通。

The pressure conveying device can also be provided with a blowpipe with a stop valve. 六、操作前检查

真空气力输送系统操作前,应对整个系统的设备、管道和控制元件进行检查。如有异常现象,应及时处理修。除去储气罐、气水分离器内积水,清理卸料器,准备好收料系统,气源压力、流量正常,管路通畅无漏气,换向器方向正确。

If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it shall be handled and repaired in time.
